- Shaftless Spiral Conveyors
Low RPM, Duraflo SPX liners and high resistance to corrosion give a long life expectancy to shaftless spiral conveyors.
These two, 21.5m SPIROLIFT sludge conveyors at a 40° incline have been in service since 2009 and we replaced some spirals and liners for the first time in February 2021. Once all the covers were removed, only 1/3 of liners and spirals needed to be replaced. Steep incline conveyors not only save space on site but are also very cost-effective in terms of maintenance.
