The SPIROGUARD® combines screening, conveying, dewatering and removal of solids from effluent and process streams in one compact machine.

The unit is robust, easy to install and, with only one moving part, virtually maintenance free. Slow speed combined with automatic intermittent operation ensures a reliable and efficient system.

SPIROGUARD® Channel Screen (CS) SCREEN
SPIROGUARD® CS Screens can be installed for a variety of flow rates and water levels. The angle of inclination depends on the concrete channel specifications.

SPIROGUARD® CC SCREEN
The SPIROGUARD® CC Screen is designed as a standalone unit for pump-fed applications. Ideally suited as a tanker reception facilitator screening seperation unit, it is robust and easy to install. With only one moving part, this unit is virtually maintenance free. Slow-speed combined with automatic intermittent operation ensures a reliable and efficient system.

  • Shaftless spiral that do not require a centre-pipe, intermediate or end bearings – thus minimising any potential for undesired blockages.
  • Space saving prefabricated solution with minimal civil works and installation time.
  • Unique pushing drive configuration with adjustable back pressure settings. [with optional compaction head].

  • Shaftless screw (spiral) conveyors that do not require a centre-pipe, intermediate or end bearings – thus minimising any potential for undesired blockages.
